You really can't answer this question based on sun sign alone.  You can have an incompatible sun sign but other complimentary aspects in your natal chart that makes you very very compatible- your Moon, Venus, Mars and Mercury signs all play a vital part.

That said, and just to answer your question if you went by sun sign only (lol) the earth and water signs are not considered to be compatible with you (or fire signs).  Water signs are Cancer, Pisces and Scorpio and Earth signs are Taurus, Capricorn and Virgo.

You are supposed to be compatible with other Fire signs and Air signs however out of the air signs, Gemini is your opposite sign so this can either be a great relationship or an awful one (opposites can either attract or repel).  I for one have great relationships with most Gemini males and females.  My current bff is a male Gemini but we have other complimentary aspects in our chart in the planets that I described above

It depends on the moon,Venus and mars signs as well.I am a Sagittarius.I can get along with anybody other than Cancer and Leo.I find Cancer to possess lots of evil traits and Leos are way too egotistical.
