Question:

What simple exercises are there for a lean 15 year old who wants to buff up but isn't allowed to go to a gym?

Exercises besides push-ups, sit-ups and jogging, are there any other simple exercises I can do at home?...:D

  1. Believe it or not, push-ups are really effective. Just wake up and do about twenty or thirty push-ups, sit-ups, etc.

    You could install a pull-up bar in your doorway and you can do several pull ups as well. You could also go to a Sports store and buy some weights or a excersizing band.

    and if you do this every day, profusely. You might just see results in about a month or so. Keep it up, though!

    The crunches and body lifts shown are a great way to build middle body strength.

    Otherwise, a GREAT upper body exercise, is kicking yourself up against the wall into a handstand, and doing pushups like that.

    It takes a bit if you dont already have the strength for it, but its well worth it

  3. Are you doing normal push ups? Try inclined push ups (put feet up in chair or on bed) or with a smaller sibling on your back. Also sit ups with a weight or something heavy. Pull ups on something you can hang from. Squats and lunges are very good for the whole lower body. Hopes this helps
