What site can I go on to fine out about bizz permits and all the stuff I need to open a cafe?

I found a space for rent 500 a month across the street from my home, but I need all the legal works any advice and sites would be greatly appreciated.

Very easy.  The city wants you to succeed.  Walk into city hall and visit the Treasurer so you know what tax to charge.  Then over to where they issue licenses (they may not).  Then to register with the county so they can inspect the cleanliness of your place.  Hire 1 cook and 1 waiter which will cost you $26,000 total.  Buy used equipment on Craigslist or a local storage facility or a bankrupt restaurant (you will find one).  Buy some food.  Get to work. /
