What site can i go on?

I have had some great advice but what i have been told i cant do so i need a site where it is free and i don't have to download anything i want to us my own pictures and put them together as if we are together

You mean you want to take separate pictures of two people and make it look as though the two people are actually next to each other?

If I understood your question correctly, then you can do this with a good image manipulation software, such as Photoshop.  Of course, Photoshop is rather expensive, so you could try GIMP, a free alternative to Photoshop.
