What site can i use to download a temporary E11 card?

mum lost her purse a while ago and forgot to renew them. we are going to Spain in 10 days. does anyone know a site that i can download temporary E11 cards from?

The E111 has been replaced with the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). I do not know where you can download from in Ireland. It's probably best to speak to your Department of Health.
