  1. All photos belong to the photographer, even without any copyright notices on them.

    If you simply download it, you are stealing.

    Try various stock photo sites - some offer a "free photo of the day" or some such thing.

    Otherwise, contact the photographer and ask for permission. You might find that some of them won't mind if you use their photo.
