What site could i use to make so i have blood tears in a picture??

I am looking for a site where i can edit in blood tears on one of my pictures but i want to do with a free site thou any one know any sites like that??

You could try www.picnik.com or www.fotoflexer.com, although I'm not sure how realistic they would end up looking.

To have it looking truly realistic, I'd say you'll need photoshop (or an equivalent) and a LOT of talent.
