I don't want to pay 300$ and never get my horn kit

And I would like the loudest horns availiable, mainly in the 300$range

I think you drifted over here from Train Audio into Car Audio....you might try www.trainhorn.com????  No seriously, go to the link below...they have some really nice stuff but I think they have a complete system for around $350.  That's actually pretty cheap for a nice turnkey system.
