What site will give me a rough description of weather predictions this year?

I am just wondering if meteorologists have a rough estimate as to what kind of winter I may have this year.

cold and wet....occasional snow and ice.   several regions around country will get hit by ice storms a couple times this winter.   some areas will get several feet of snow dumped on them almost overnight.

sporadic patches of black ice on the roads - coming and going throughout the winter season

media talking el nino effects dominating season

more media talk about global warming causing the cold snaps throughout the country...

yet  more media talks about how this years storm was worse than any other storms since the time of dinosaurs...

and then - finally - when you want to hear not one more word about winter, spring will come....everyone will forget what winter is like once more....
