The cathedrals and museums of Lima (go to the gold museum), Macchu Pichu and Sachsayhuaman plus the churches of Cuzco, the Nazca Lines, Colca Canyon, Arequipa, Ica, Lake Titicaca, you can go up to the rainforest/Amazon basin....there's plenty to keep you occupied.
