i have always used expedia cause i can get different carriers to complete my trip (i'm totally ok with that, as long as i get there on time and in one piece).

i've looked at priceline and hotwire, and if they're not the same, they're ridiculously overpriced for the same flights.

what have you used in the past?

  1. www.flyglasgow.net

Never bother with Expedia etc as they only list certain airlines. If I booked GLA-ALC with expedia I would need to change flights in MAD and it would cost £400 more than then 34 direct flights a week that go from GLA to ALC.

  2. "Amazing Tours and Travel"

    http://www.amazingtoursandtravel.com

The best travel website is the one you own.

  3. It's a good idea to shop around on the websites you've mentioned; however, I would advise booking the ticket from the airlines website directly.  I work at the ticket counter, and I have seen many ticketing errors from Travelocity and Expedia. Unfortunately, these errors can only be fixed by that particular on-line travel agency. The most common error is that the ticketing (credit card payment) did not go through on their website, so when the passenger gets to the counter to check in for his flight, the ticket shows that it still needs to be purchased.  The price the passenger originally had is no longer available, so the passenger must pay full fare, or try to get a hold of Expedia/Travelocity's customer service agents via their 1-800 number.

  4. check here

    http://asianairfares.com

  5. try the airlines website or orbitz, expedia

  6. I always find different flights/times on websites such as Travelocity and Expedia but find the better price at the airlines official site.

  7. Hello,

One h**l of a good site is FlyAirfares.com

If you can not find it there contact me at mubhij6@hotmail.com

and I will make sure you get a ticket.

    Have fun searching

  8. I book directly with the airline I want to fly with.  That way there is very little problem if the flight is overbooked, and if booked early enough the seats are much cheaper than those sold by a company such as Expedia.

  9. Use http://www.bookingbuddy.com because it finds and searches a LOT of other sites for you -- with just 1 input of your cities and dates.  It searches Kayak, Mobissimo, Cheaptickets, Orbitz, airlines direct, consolidators, site-scrapers, etc. etc. all in 1 go, with no added booking fee.

Since many low-cost airlines can only be booked from their own website, you have to check those separately.  http://www.iflyswa.com and http://www.allegiantair.com and http://www.ryanair.com for example.

  10. www.travade.com is a great site to try out and at least compare and bookmark.
