  1. Forgot to mention, the diameter of the bullets that can be shot from these guns are VERY, VERY SMALL. They are NOT as big as some .22 bullets, which appear as big as dimes. They are the tiny ones, and the actual head of the bullet on the shorts is about the diameter of a BB gun's ammunition.

If you are still confused, just take the clip from your gun with you and ask the clerk at the store to let you see and size the bullets before purchasing them. If they fit in your clip, then they will fire from your gun.

Hope my answers have helped you and others in some way, happy shooting!

  2. I have this same gun and have found that you can actually shoot .22 shorts in it as well as the 22. longs and/or the .22LR hollow points.

I highly recommend using the .22 longs, and/or the .22LR hollow points depending on what your primary function for the gun is. .22 shorts CAN work for defensive purposes, but it is recommended that you use the .22LR for this purpose due to better range, less likelihood of the shorts jamming the magazine when loading/unloading and the fact that the .22 shorts are meant for the .22 handguns and were not really meant to be used with the .22 rifles (although they actually can be used with the rifles).
