  1. It's unlikely you'll be able to buy jets for the Walbro carbs.  But you should be able to drop the needles on the slides.  You might also find a dealer in a high altitude city (Denver, Reno, Butte, Boulder) that sell Chinese scooters and ask them what they recommend.
