What size PA system do I need?

What size pa system should I be looking to rent for an outdoor wedding reception with 150-170 people attending? (What size speakers, how many, what size amp, etc.)

I will be using an ipod with it as the main source of music for the event.

I don't know much about this kind of audio equipment so any other information will be much appreciated!

when i was deejaying any out door event heres what i had to have no matter what, because well your out side.  4 Bass pins and 2 full range speakers. and i was pushing about 2000 watts into the subs (bass pins) and 1000 into the full range speakers...with all kinds of crossovers and goodies

HOWEVER for you i say go and rent a system rated for around 1000 watts to about 2000 watts.  Two beefy speakers with no less then 15 inch woofers in them.  with two stands

Depending on the amp you get, you may or may not need a mixer. So again in your case rent a Power mixer, so you can hook you ipod up to it and also a mic.  

DO NOT use a home audio system. These systems are not design for a whole night of pounding.
