  1. 300 watts at 2 ohms if you wire them in parallel


  2. If you bought the C124's, 300W RMS at 2 ohm.  If you bough the C128's, 300W RMS at 4 ohm.  In both cases, you want to wire the two subs in parallel to the amp.
