is the sub SVC or DVC, that makes a difference

any amp that has about 150watts RMS @ 4ohms (300watts RMS @ 2ohms)

I am not sure what the rms is but based off the information you have there I would say the memphis MCD 500.1 or if you want to buy one online I would got with the kicker ZX500.1
