What size amplifyer should i get with 15" subs?

Question

two 15" subs.

is there some way to find out a ratio for them? i have yet to purchase them, but im guessing ill get 800w subs.

or the Alpine 15" Type R 2000W Dual 2 Ohm Subwoofer.

also, how do i wire the two together, and besides the subs, and amps, what else would i need two purchase to get it working?

you will want something at least delivering 1000 watts for best performance and you might need to buy capacitors. I have 3 13" JL subs and i need 2 Tsunami capacitors along with 2 amps.
