What size ape hangers will fit a V star 650?

What is the tallest I could go without changing my cables?

and is it something I coluld do myself?

Yeah ape hangers on a v-star......... lol that would not be cool....   ahhh jus kiddin the v-star is a killer bike for the price take it in to your local motorcycle shop ........

You best take you wallet and your bike to the shop for that one. Anything over your shoulders is going to feel strange

when riding. you will not be able to go very high with stock cables. Remember you need some slack in them also.
