What size baseball bat should i get?

im 19 years old, 5'9", 170 lbs.

You should go to the store and swing a 33" 30 oz and a 32" 29 oz. Try holding it out in front of you with one hand so the barrel is facing away from you to see if you can handle the weight. If you struggle at all holding the 33 get the 32. Or which ever one feels more comfortable.
