  1. The size of bike she will need is 16 inch. Any frames with 16 inch wheels will fit her fine. If you go to a bike shop they will definately be able to help you choose.

A bike at a bike shop is far superior to one from walmart etc... as the frames will most likely be aluminium (far lighter and easier to pedal) the salesperson at the shop will assure you're buying the correct size bike and they will help you if you have any problems with the bike later on. The general components are also much higher quality and easier to pedal making your daughters experience with her first bike much better.

She should last this size bike until approximately the age of 8. so 3.5yrs use is quite good and you can then pass this bike through the family where as a walmart bike will most probably rust (steel instead of aluminium) and break.

  2. Here is a bike sizing chart for kids.

  3. AS you daughter will outgrow this and many more, go to places like ToysR Us or Walmart or Target and you will find cute and frilly without alot of cost.  Plus those stores have models on display to size her on them.  You will want to buy large in a sense that the seat would be all the way down at purchase time so as to be able to raise the seat as she grows.

  4. Medium Size
