  1. it depends also if you want to do tricks cos u can get a smaller snowboard to make it easier

  2. Johnny kevlar: How would you know what the other boards feel like if youve only ridden 151s and 154. How would you know that other boards dont have better control?

For sizes, You will be able to ride on any of those sizes.

A longer board if you are going to be freeriding (On trails)

A shorter board for Freestyle ( in terrain parks) This will allow you to spin better. Make sure u also check the specs on the board so that it will fit your size 11 boots and that it supports your weight.

Just curious.. Are you looking at the Burton Twin?

  3. if you plan on riding freestyle and hittn jumps, go with the 151.

TRUST ME..you will love it and probably only move up to a 154 in a few years. Im 5'10" 180lbs and I've riddn 151 and 154 my whole life. you'll have sooo much control.

some places will let you demo a board. if not try renting for a day or 2 to really narrow it down.

  4. I am about 5' 4" so i would say a 157 especially if you are going to use it for three years. board sizes also differ on what your useing it for. The longer the board you have the faster it will go, the shorter the board, the better for rails, jumps, etc.
