What size chain wheel * sprocket* can i get without changing my back wheel?

i have a harro bmx bike that i just re-did and hand painted it and it looks AMAZING! i couldnt remove the chain wheel or pedals and i bike all over town.

i have 20" wheels, but i was wondering how small of a chain wheel i can get without replacing my black wheel
