Honestly, I can comfortably put both hands and feet in a regular-sized condom without it breaking.  You should be able to do the same.  There are so many sizes and fits of condoms that it takes experience to find what works best for you.

I am not advocating that you have s*x at age 15.  I believe the earliest anyone should be having s*x is 17.  But I feel it's important to give you accurate information so you don't feel misguided.

they are all one size fits all-you can make a condom stretch 3 feet if you want to, so dont worry-it will be fine for a 15 year old.
