What size goalie chest protector would fit me at 5'9" 140?

Im planning on purchasing either an Itech or Vaughn chest protector on the internet. I currently own a VERY old Vaughn with an illegeble size on the tag. Any advice to what size I should get would be appreciated.

I would get a medium. I have a Vaughn 5500 large that's a bit loose on me at 5'11 - 170
