  1. I'm 5-8 and wear 35". I would sugest either 34 or 35 pads. Any smaller you wont get the pading any bigger and you won't be able to move properly.

  2. Your weight wont matter, but it depends on your skates and your leg length.

Get measuered if you want to order them offline or somewhere.... but go to a good hockey store and ask them to help you and they should know. They usually have a goalie specilist on staff and they will help you

  3. Best to get measured (if you don't have a proshop near you, check out the charts on goaliemonkey.com) as it varies not only on the size of your legs but also your skates.

I am 5'11 barefoot (almost 6'2 in skates) and was told by a rep of a goalie gear company (won't say which) that I should be using 35's, but the 34's that I've worn for years reach me mid-thigh which is what's recommended.

Without knowing the size of your skates and legs, I think you'd probably be able to fit into pads ranging between 30 and 32 inches.

  5. I'm 5-8, 100 lbs, and have 34''

    get 31''-33''

  6. I'm 5-9 and wear 34's but height doesn't always give a perfect fitting. Go to a goalie/hockey store and try on different brands and models at different sizes (make sure your knee sits in the knee cradle well or at least make sure you can adjust it to make it fit).
