What size jump/skipping rope should i get? i am 6ft.

all of the skipping ropes ive been getting are too small since i snapped my old leather 1 whilst skipping.

  1. Double the distance from your waist plus a foot (12 inches) should do it.


  2. It depends on the length of your limbs more so than your height because if you can't get the rope underneath your feet what's the point. I am guessing around 9 feet long.

  3. To determine the optimum length of your rope:

    stand on the middle of the rope with 1 foot and adjust the length such that the end of each handles touches your armpit.
