What size labret do i need?

I pierced my monroe about 2 months ago and i want to buy a new one online. Is the gauge the thickness of the bar?

Yes the guage is the thickness of the bar. Usually labrets are done w/ a 14G needle. But if you did it on your own unprofessionally with out the right equippment, there's no way in knowing what guage will fit in your lip since I'm sure its way thinner than the standard 14G barbell, you might have to choose the thinest labret available which is usually a 16G, but than again if the piercing that you have is smaller than you can cause stress on your piercing if you try shoving the bar through.

yes the gauge is the thickness of the bar. it will probably let you select the length of the bar too. you should probably get a length that is the same as the one you have. if you get too short of a bar, it puts a lot of stress on the piercing.
