Question:

What size lines to use for sprinkler system?

I was going to use 1 1/4" line for the main run and then the branches would reduce to 3/4" for the pressure build-up.

Because we have very rusty water and sediments that come out of our well we were going to use max-paw sprinklers from Rainbird.

I was also hoping to not do double coverage because I need so many heads.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

  1. Sugestion;rent a  small trencher

  2. 1 1/4 thinwall is the best to use, don't 3/4 at all, just use flex pipe to run to your heads, and as far as your pressure, don't put more than the recommended number of heads per zone this is where you get your pressure from, hope this helped, if not just call and installer (me) lol

  3. Sprinkler is controlled by fire department.Do it by code or they rip it off your ceiling.
