What size mountain bike should I ride?

I'm a six foot tall guy.

Should I get a medium or large frame?

Go to a bike shop and get fitted, you could fit a 18" or 20" frame depending on your build. One point to keep in mind is it is better to have a slightly smaller mtn bike than one that is too big as during mtn bike riding the ability to move around on the bike is very important.

i-m 6' tall to and i ride a medium! for your size medium is good coz u have more control than a large!
