  1. IMO a kid doesn't need to be snowboarding at 5.

She's gonna outgrow like 4 boards before she can stay with a current size.

Get the kids into it at 12 or 13, or like 10, not 5 imo.

    But its your choice

I'm with Tahoe, you gotta try em on.

  2. whats her SHOE size ! if its say 5

get a size 6 boot !! like i do that and it works fine ! and it lasts longer .

  3. The only way to fit boots is to try them on. I bought several pairs of boots for my kids on eBay and they were way smaller than I thought they would be. Most boots run small, so if you really want to try to buy without a fitting, I would suggest going half to one size bigger than street shoe size.

Snowboard boots will also get bigger as you use them (the foam lining "packs out" / compresses) so buying NEW boots will allow some more growing room as they are used.

    Good Luck

  4. what you really need to do is take your daughter to a snowboarding shop and try boots on nsee what size and what style, and they will be able to recommend you some, the problem is how much experiance does your daughter have? because those boots are freestyle boots, so if shes only learning its not recommended you buy those, but like i said take her to a shop and get professional advice.

  5. my three year old tried snowboarding this winter. you could go to a local shop, and see if you can get her fitted for boots. also check to see if she is goofy or regular footed (what foot goes front on the snowboard, for her). these are very important to make sure that she doens't get hurt, so make sure the boots f**t
