PG 4 ga?, that is a joke. I recommend Kickers install kit with 4 gauge wire. Especially since 4 gauge wire is recommended up to 1500 watts RMS. Not to mention the kicker wire is made from far superior wire than that of which PG uses.

You need a 4ga with a 150amp fuse.buy this kit online from ebay.(put:stinger 4ga amp kit in search)

Is it 1000RMS power?

If so, 4 gauge most likely.

Thats all you should need.

I run 12g on 400RMS and its fine.
