Motor would be about 100 horsepower. Is there a prop calculator online that takes horsepower into account?

  1. G'day.

I'm not sure where in Aussie you are, but here is a site that might help you.

    Good luck

  2. Nope but i'd  suggest something around 14x10 4 or 5 blade without knowing your hull measurements (deadrise, hull speed  etc). Most prop sizes are given in inches with diameter being first number then pitch followed by number of blades. and despite all the theory it is "trial by error" in getting the correct size and expect to spend a lot of money.

But try a trip to the library and find the following book..

    The Propellor Handbook

    Author: Dave Gerr

you will need what is call a super cavitating prop as you may run upto 4000rpm
