Question:

What size rashguard should i get?

i was looking to get one soon but i read somewhere online that its better to buy one that is two sizes bigger than what you normally wear cause its so tight..... is there any truth to this.... i wear size medium in normal shirt sizes

any help is appreciated

  1. Make sure you try it on. You want it to be super tight because when you get in the water it will get huge and all stretched out.


  2. The size doesn't matter as long as you are comfortable.

  3. NO it really depends what brand and stuff I have an oneil one and it fits me like a shirt fyi i'm a girl

  4. I wear a medium too, and it's never been uncomfortable. Since they're made of synthetic fiber, it won't stretch when wet. The poster who told you size won't matter may be right. The main functions of the rash guard is to protect you from rashes, jelly fish stings, and provide SPF protection.
