I have already asked this question, but i want to stress that I want a scooter that will fit my height mostly and obviously want the least expensive. I am 6'4". I have seen people on scooters before that were too small for them and they looked awkward. I ask again, please help me out. Thank you so much.

  1. I'm 5'10 and 200 lbs. I drive a Yamaha vino 125. Strictly a city scooter as max speed is 90+ km (60 mph)  Best speed for comfort, reduction in fear factor is high speed is 80 kph. i think your height is a factor for comfortable sitting. Minimally, a 250 cc scooter (Sym or Kymco) would be best. Serious highway driving or interstate, a 400 cc or larger(Yamaha Majesty/Kawasaki Burgman) Larger motor, tires, length etc make for a better and safer ride.

    All the best

  2. Kymco People S200 is a great fairly large scooter for a good price.  If you want a scooter that is the size of a motorcycle, then you are going to have to pay 5-6K for it.  You cant be cheap and get everything that you want.  Check out the S200 though... its a very good scooter.

  3. Look at the Suzuki Burgman 400 and the Yamaha Majesty 400.  They are both excellent maxi scooters.  They are just over 5K new, but if you are patient you may find a clean used one for a lot less.

  4. Harley doesn't make scooters, so the question is moot.

  5. if you got the money...

  6.   As I said before Kymco Xciting scooters are agood buy and are very large frame. They are  rated higher than the Japanese scooters such as the Burgman and the Honda one.
