What size should i ride?

im 140 lbs. im very athletic in good shape, 5' 10" 16 y.o. what size dirt bike should i get a 2 stroke or 4 stroke and what cc?

you want to get a mx 2 size bike so either a 250 fourstroke or a 125 or 144 two stroke . you could go bigger but you wont need the extra power although if you are really smooth it might benefit you too go 450f

Im the same size and athletic. just 170lbs. If you are somebody who whats lots of adrenaline rush and something that will speed past everyone. do a 2 stroke 125. If you want lots of tork, power, acceleration and speed try a 250 4 stroke. If your brave try a 250 2 stroke.  It depends on how you ride and where you ride. If you want trail riding, motocross and and bike to putt around the yard, 4 stroke all the way. if your trail riding and like to open the bike up alot do a 2stroke.  thats what i ride and i love them. Any of the major brands, honda suzuki kawasaki etc have killer 2 stroke. And all but kawasaki in 4 strokes. I have had and heard of nothing but problems out of kawasaki 4 strokes.

You don't say if you have had any experience on a bike so that makes it harder to answer.  Perhaps go along to a motorbike dealer and sit on a couple of bikes and have a look at the 4 stroke 250cc as that would probably be a good place to start.  You would not want to go any smaller given your height and age.

i would go with a honda crf 150

I would go with a 501 Maico or a 250 CZ.
