What size snowboard snowboard do i need?

what size snowboard do i need if im 5'8 and 200 pounds, im also riding mainly slopes, freeriding, and very little terrain park, maybe some jumps so what type of board is good for me

I'm 5'8 and 190lbs. and I just bought a 158cm Forum Recon board and I'm doing the same riding as you, it was highly recommended and has great reviews

for that type of riding get a board that is at your nose to the ground. a longer board will help keep your board stable at higher speeds and float on powder. maybe a 160 will work for you. shorter boards are better for park because they are easier to spin while jumping or grinding.
