What size sprockets?

i have a 2008 yz250f

default sprockets are 13 & 49

I'm wanting to change my sprockets to get setup for the track

should i lower the front? or raise the rear?

throw me some teeth numbers

50 and 13 works perfect for me on that exact bike. Perfect low and high with these two.
