What size would I make a quilt for an XL twin bed?

According to http://www.quilterscache.com/StartQuilti... , a twin quilt is approximately 68 x 88.  You could add to the length to make it 68 x 96, the same length as a queen size quilt.

There are 2 ways to do this..

1.  The bed chart I have says twin, 63 inches by 87 inches.

2.  Measure the bed across add 12 inch drop to each side.  Measure bed long ways and add 12 inches for the drop at the foot of the bed.
