  2. Like most Ford/Mercury vehicles, it uses a 6x8" speaker, in the front door and the rear deck.  You can purchase aftermarket 6x8" or 5x7" replacements; either will work.  You can also purchase adapter that will allow you to fit a 6.5" speaker in the stock location; you'll find a much larger selection of 6.5" speakers.
