What size(weight) rear shock spring should i buy for my DHX 3.0 ?

I weigh 135 lbs and am 6' 2"... I currently run a 650lb spring which is way to stiff on my Kona Stinky 05'. I'm thinking somewhere around 400lbs but I don't know for sure. the shock itself has 2.5" stroke and 7" of travel.
