What skateboard bearings should i get ?

lucky hardball , Lucky ABEC 7 or lucky titanium ?

It depends on what your budget is, abec 7 $28, hardballs $26, titanium $30 oh well I guess not. I have never had any experience with bearings except for Bones red which offer the biggest bang for the buck, $16 the last forever and are very fast, overall great bearings. I think I would go with the hardballs which are low friction which defines a great bearing.

Really i've skated the lucky bearings there is no diffrence.  Plus stop wasting your time on bearings they're all the same but with different names
