  1. you should be fit strong u should  eat healthy food  and always exercise in the early morning in any clean park

if u will do u will be able  to run faster

  2. you need all of these muscles for running but not as much as your brain. running in 20% physical and 80% mental so basically its up to you wether you want to push yourself and get better.

  3. Flexibility helps, though it not required. You need very good cardio-respiratory, especially for long distances. For shorter distances, you need good leg strength, but in long distance it comes second to endurance and cardio-respiratory strength, in my opinion.

  4. endurance, muscle strength and cardio health are all needed, but can all be built up with running too. So if youre lacking in one of those ares-get running! just be carefull not to push yourself too hard

  5. The GREAT BEAUTY of running is that you don't require any skills.  Contrasting to a team sport where there are special positions that require certain skills, running is individual and most times you only compete against yourself.

    DO IT !!!........................................ good luck.

  6. For sprinters, muscle strength is most important.

The rest apply mostly to distance runners, who are smaller because it is easier to carry lighter weight for longer periods of time.

It's best to be good in all these areas, but specialize in whatever helps your races the best.

  7. required for running is cardio-respiratory

  8. good cardio n endurance is all u need
