What skills do Afrrica needs rigth now to sefl independant?

nations and people have been for so many years donating items for immediate needs that is good, but is it time for africa to developkills. What skills do Africa need?

They need less corruption in their govts.

they need order more than anything. that is the problem with Africa, it is 50 d**n countries divided. almost reminiscent of ancient Italy. Italy used to be dozens and hundreds of city states divided constantly fighting. their is both safety and growth in number. first Africa needs one true leader and one true state so to say. so i guess their skills should be unification and determination.

until that happens no matter what skills one portion of the nation gains another will just march in, take them and exploit those people.
