I'm an advanced skier that skis park and all over the mountain. I want a ski that can handle powder, moguls, groomers, and is basically really versatile so I can take it anywhere on the mountain. I also want it to be a good park ski. I can't decide between the Armada El Rey or the Line Blend, any suggestions?

  1. either are good choices I am basically the same type skiier as you and have the scratch bs and love them but they arent perfect for the park

  2. Conor,

For what you are looking for the Armada El Rey may be a bit to soft for you. Although I think it is a good ski for an intermediate skier, as an advanced skier you will find that it will not provide you with the performance that you need/want. The LINE Blend on the other hand is a great ski for what you are looking for. it provides you with enough performance in every category that you will find your self stoked with your skis no matter what you are doing. Also you may find that there are a couple skis with a 90-95mm waist that are pretty legit for every day use. For example the LINE Prophet 90, Dynastar Big Trouble and Atomic Snoop Daddy. All three are twin tips and all three will more then suffice what you are looking for, just narrower so they will handle every day skiing a bit better.

Check out these links for more info on the skis.......
