  1. I remember an old article in Reptiles magazine on a then-new color morph of boa - the Labyrinth color/pattern morph.  The few babies the breeder was willing to sell went for at least 30 grand - I think it was more though.

  2. Usually rare 'morphs', like rare genetic patterns or characteristics which have been brought about by generations of inbreeding to get snakes which exhibit the desired traits which are worth a lot of money. Not like anything you'd find in the wild. Albino pythons go for about that I think.

  3. One thats lined with gold .. LOL , no just kidding .

Peibald and other odd colored Pythons/boas

and like weird people who capture pore cobras or other snake that "ARE NOT KINDS THAT NEED TO BE KEPT CAPTIVE"  aka animal polchers...

But anyway , yea theres snakes that can get pretty expensive !! Maybe google it !!Good Luck . and intresting question !!

  4. Hello; yes, some snakes, particularly high end Ball python and Reticulated python morphs can pretty easily go that high. I remember when Leucistic Ball pythons were new to the market; it was impossible to find one for under $50,000-100,000. Super Phantoms and Phantoms in the Ball python market are some of the ones that are currently fetching a pretty penny to acquire. While the value of whichever morph in question decreases quite a bit as more and more people breed them and the become common; there are always 'new' morphs on the market that can easily set someone back 30,000 dollars or more to purchase.

I hope this helps, and if you have any further questions at all on the subject; please feel free to message me and I will be more than happy to assist you. :)

    Good luck!

  5. Human-bred color morphs.  Mostly found in red-tail boas and ball pythons.  They involve dozens of careful breedings to bring out genetic colorations that are never seen in the wild.

I can't find ads for any super expensive ones right now, but I've seen them.
