  1. The Ride Kink and Burton Fish are complete opposites one is a jib board the other a powder percific freeride board. You could get away with a Kink but definately not a Fish. As a begineer rider you would probably be best off going for an entry level all mountain board, some good ones to check out are Burton Clash, Forum Recon, Nitro Revolt, Gnu Carbon High Beam, K2 Select. Good luck with the riding.

  2. the burton custom

    ride agenda

    forum youngblood

  3. Burton boards have always been really good. Very known name.

  4. I would avoid the Burton hype and extra expense and get a board that is know as the best for the kind of riding you want to do. Burton makes good all mountain boards. These are the brands that I would recommend:

    Freeride / All-Mountain: Ride, K2, Burton

Freestyle / Park: Rome, K2, Lib Tech, Gnu

A very good all around board to learn on is the Ride Control and would be an easy board to learn on an do many different things well while you improve and figure out what kind of riding you like best

    Good Luck

  5. Burton

  6. The Ride Kink is a REALLY nice board. But if you're just starting, I would recommend the Ride Agenda. It's an AWESOME board and it's perfect for beginners. Or maybe the Control. They're really nice, and affordable
