The interest that have been in the last 20 years  is because the same lines of cruises have promoted it furthermore the price the food the activities and the staff is superior

My own experience is better that an all-inclusive resort .

You get to stop at all the islands. There are so many and each is unique in its own special. The cruise ship will probably stop at about 6.. it really depends on what you paid for.

I think its cool that each day you wake up, you're in another country!
