There are a few ways actually you can check to see what you are ranking for (and for free).

1.  Google Webmaster Tools

Google Webmaster Tools will let you know what keyword phrases you are ranking for - as well as what phrases people are clicking on to get to your site.

2.  Web Analytics

Any analytic software will tell you what you are ranking for - Google Analytics is a free one you can place on your site.

These tools will tell you what keyword phrases you are being found and where you rank.

3.  However, if you have a list of keywords and phrases and want to see where you are ranking (instead of doing each search manually) - I recommend using Rank Checker

Again - this is free - but I believe it only works with Firefox (not Internet Explorer)

you might want to check out http://www.rankingcheck.com/ ... they will monitor 10 keywords for you free of charge at G, Y and MSN ... and they will send you an email when your rankings change ... this way you dont have to login all the time to get an update
