What software do you need to make gunshot flashes and spraying blood?

i am a home video maker. i need a software where you can add special effects to a war movie. i see a lot of these effects on youtube but i need to know how to do it. please help.

i have both softwares 7 downloded free u must have some spped as the software req..

are up to 1.327 gb

I'd go with Adobe After Effects, it's expensive, with a steep learning curve, but once you get it-you also get a "Wow..."
