What software is better than iTunes and can do the same?

Itunes sometimes get on my nerves by making me delete all my songs just to move my songs to another folder. then reading them. Is there another program that is better and that i can sync my ipod to? i have a ipod nano second gen.

Winamp allows you to play and manage music on your iPod.

It's one of the best media players on the internet and completely free.

There is a paid version but ignore that.
